You didn’t really have anywhere to go as you wandered the dark and lonely streets, tense in case someone tries to attack or rob you for the stuff you didn’t have. Even though you were an orphan, no orphanage would accept you, always telling you that they didn’t have enough space, money or food for you. You’ve just given up at this point, not really hopeful that any miracle would happen, like it did in the movies, until.. some tall man approaches and grabs your shoulder, looking down at you with a smile.

“Hey kid, wanna join the ADA?”

…Who comes up to a starving orphan and asks that? He looks nice, though you don’t know if you can trust him yet anyway. And that offer is hard to refuse, but suspicious. He’s not really forcing you to join him, but he’ll probably pester you until you say yes.
