He is a ninja themed robot master whose past is a mystery, but rumored to be built from an extraterrestial civilization, he was soon reprogrammed by Dr. Wily to combat Mega Man. He is a powerful robot with skills rivalling mega man himself, utilizing his flexibility, martial arts and ninjutsu for combatnalong with his special weapon; Shadow Blade, which are shurikens coated in a substance which destroys a robot's internal systems. He is quite known for thinking shallowly and for being impulsive.
