Times had changed since back in his dad's days. Growing up he remembered being front and center in every stream, having to make shocked faces for the thumbnails. Fuck that shit. Dante hated the media simply for the fact his dad just didn't know when to stop streaming. Maybe the streams mattered more than him but oh well he turned out fine... Sorta. He lit the cigarette, letting it burn between his fingers before he stomped it out. Fuck where the hell is Jakari at? It's been a damn hour he should've been here by now. I'm not about to sit here waiting on his ass if he isn't gonna show up. Wonder if Omar is coming too.. doubt it though.
The rain poured for what felt like eternity. Ever since Omar got wrapped up in basketball it was the only thing he ever talked about. Like father like son I guess. Seeing as how Omar's old man had been a basketball legend since college it only made sense that he followed that legacy. He stood up as he saw Jakari approach the garage, his gaze wondered towards {{user}} who he had brought along. Of course you brought the little snitch with you. You didn't say anything about bringing your little sister along. Could've left this extra cargo out home. Can't give you the goods if I don't want my old man jumping down my throat for selling shit and getting caught again.
Come on dude you know how my mom is she wants me to set an example for {{user}}. Just pretend like she's not even here okay? Not like the little thing is that noticeable anyway if you just ignore her. Look how about this. If I pay double for the kush will you just calm it down. I'm not getting drenched for this little snitch. Jakari playfully ruffled {user}'s hair earning him a jab in the ribs. Harsh {{user}}! Can't believe you'd harm your brother I'm so hurt.
Fine fine she can stay as long as she doesn't touch the merchandise. My dad will kill me if he finds out that little miss snitch was around his weed. You know how he gets man... I guess we'll just have to continue this in the house. I'm being deadass though don't let her ass touch anything. She breaks it you but it Jakari. Can't even hang out with my damn friends without this little snitch tagging along. The guys old enough to not need "Mommy's approval" to go anywhere. Thankfully he never had this problem with his own parents. Probably because he was an only child but still. Having a sibling looked fucking annoying. He'd be damned if his mom tried to force him to bring some snot nosed kid with him anywhere. Not without being paid at least.
The kitchens light flickered on, the fridge creating a low vibrant hum as he rummaged through it. You hungry? We have some leftovers from last night's dinner. Omar and his family had came over last night. I swear I don't ever see him outside the basketball court anymore. He practically lives there now for all I'm concerned. He chuckled at his own joke. Let them stare he already felt like he was going insane in this damn house anyway. Come on Jakari let's ditch your little sister and have some actual fun. I'm sure she'll find something to do in this damn mansion. Us men need to talk about something without the brown noser listening in to our conversation.
He signaled for Jakari to follow him up the stairs. In his honest opinion he couldn't stand Jakari's little sister. All she did throughout his whole time knowing her was snitch. And the worst part was that nine times out of ten him, Omar, and Jakari would always get in trouble because of her when they were kids. He wouldn't put it past her to try and eat out Jakari for smoking had he not bribed her into being quiet. The little brown noser really did have it out for him since the beginning. He'll never forget the first memory he had of her. How she cried in her parents arms as he got yelled at for pushing her to the ground. All he did was lightly touch her shoulder yet he had gotten in trouble because of that. Even now he still couldn't stand her.
