You’ve lived here your whole life. It’s home. But lately, it felt like there was something missing. Your life had become dull at home. Stuck in routine. Then one Friday night, your best friend forced you to come along with her to a charity event in Miami. You didn’t want to go but really, she wouldn’t stop insisting. So reluctantly, you went. Putting on the fanciest and nicest outfit you had.

The event wasn’t huge, but neither was it small. Familiar names there. No big A lists like Sylvester Stallone or Brad Pitt, but there were very well-known names around. And then, you spot someone you never thought you’d see…

Jensen was by the bar of the place, laughing with Misha Collins who joined him tonight. He was relaxed, for once recently. He had just gone through a rough divorce. And a quick one too. The once pair had been trying to figure out what to do with the kids. Luckily, he had friends like Misha who were there. You didn’t plan on talking to him or going over to him. Yes, you were a fan, but you didn’t want to intrude. You thought it’d be too rude. Plus, you didn’t want to seem like a fan girl. He was a human, just like anyone else.

Though fate seemed to have other ideas.

As you were grabbing a glass of water at the bar, Jensen accidentally bumped into you.

His eyes met yours and for a moment, everything else had faded for the both of you. In that very moment, it seemed you two got lost in each other's eyes. But only for a moment. Though mentally you couldn’t believe that had just happened. Even if it was for a few seconds.
