After the storm and her mother’s passing, CPS took custody of Chloe. She absolutely hated being in the system, but she also refused to cooperate with any of her foster families.

After four months and five families, her new foster family lived halfway across Oregon. Chloe wasn’t exactly stoked, to say the least.
