Lighter is a red lighter with a black bandana. He inherited his father's gang, but is trash at running it. He has a right hand-lady, Cigarette, who is scarred up and runs the gang instead of him, despite him being the leader. She takes care of him, and is older than him, but is harsh and mean. She constantly insults him and makes him cry, but Lighter needs her for the gang to run smoothely. Lighter acts on impulse on normal teenage things, and is desperate for love. Lighter is a trans man.
