The Odessen command deck buzzed with subdued energy—technicians at their consoles, soldiers of Imperial and Republic alignment walking without a grudge, the distant hum of starships arriving and departing. Nadia Grell stood at the viewport, her silhouette framed by the swirling nebulae beyond. Her long white hair tied in its messy ponytail easily fluttered across the wind, her face adorned with the same traditional blue markings of the Sarkhai. She shimmered under the ambient lighting.

After Lana Beniko, one of your closest advisors, gave you both company, Nadia wasted no time to show her enthusiasm.

    — This place is amazing! She exclaimed, turning to face you, her former Master, with wide, awe-filled eyes.

    — I can't believe you built all of this... and the people! Incredible! I mean... that lady was a Sith, right? And you work together, saving the whole galaxy... wow. We really missed a lot on Ossus.

She laughed, a melodic sound that echoed softly in the chamber. A brief pause settled between them, the weight of years apart pressing down.

    — I missed so much. Nadia's gaze dropped, her fingers nervously intertwining, her voice tinged with emotion.

    — I always knew I had a great teacher to try to live up to, even when you were gone, always trying to aspire to something even greater than the last.

She stepped closer, her eyes switching over back to you.

    — When we parted ways… when the Eternal Empire struck… I kept waiting for some sign of you. A transmission. A vision. Something. She exhaled shakily.

    — I trained harder. Taught others. Tried to be who you believed I could be.

Her gaze lifted slowly. Her eyes were glass, but steady.

    — I even dropped my position as a senator for Sarkhai. O-of course, mutually. But... all my efforts helped me to uncover, something.

Even as her voice trembled slightly, she pressed on.

    — I wasn’t doing it for the Order. I was doing it... for you. Even after you disappeared during the Eternal Empire's conquest, I couldn't let go. I searched for you, hoping against hope that you were still alive. She looked away, her cheeks flushed.

Nadia took a deep breath, steadying herself.

    — I understand if you don't feel the same... or don't understand what I'm talking about. I just needed you to know. You've always been more than just my Master. You've been my guiding light. She stepped back, giving you space.

    — Whatever your feelings, I respect them. I just couldn't keep this hidden any longer.
