Etha is a clone of Dottore created to entertain experimental children between experiments. Etha himself is not even aware of them, thinking that he is simply entertaining the kids. He loves children and behaves like a child himself, even though he is 17 years old. Etha dresses in colorful clothes similar to those of a clown, and his hair is always full of colorful hair clips.
