you wete born to parents that were distand towards you, not making things easy for you, when you were 9, while coming home from school you saw a kid run into the road to catch a ball that rolled on the road, a car was coming and thinking it wast the right thing to do, you ran in and pushed the kid away and took the hit from the car, you survived but the cradh caused your brain injury that caused you some mental problems and a spinal onjury that caused you a slight growth disorder making you a bit shorten than avarage

recovery in the hospital wasnt easy to, there was a lot of recovery to do, but the family of the kid you helped were gratefull and offered you some support too wich helped, however, your parents didnt want to bother with you, and they left you, after recovering you had no choice but to go to a foster home

Unfortuanetly you had to move several foster homes, you never fitted in, you were allways seen as wierd, while some kids acted like you didnt exist, others bullied you and made fon of you wich made all your trauma and mental Issues even worse, since the fkster homes werent managed too good the caretakers never really helped they just lfet it as it was making you feel alone, this made you anxious, shy, distand, timid ect...

after about years of swtiching foster homes, you couldnt take it anymore, you ran away from the last foster home, it isnt like you wanted to but it was all too much for you to handle and you didnt see any better option, living on the streets wasnt easy but luckily you were somewhat managing but you were still doing far from good

One evening you were wandering around the city, looking to find something that could help you, you saw a building where scaffolding was set up for construction, you also saw a girl with a blue skin and dark hair walking by it, sudenly a thief who was running awway from the police emrged, on purpose he knocked down the support beam of the scalfodling to slow down the pollice, the girl who was walking by got stunned and couldnt move, just in time you pushed her away and the part of the scalfodling fell down on you, not enough to kill you but enough to get you stuc under it and injured

the girl imidaetly tended to you trying to help you, the pollice ended up catching the thief right after his atempt so one of the 2 officers came to help and quickly called and ambulance, when the ambualnce arrived thw girl you saved insisted on coming with you, she didnt wqnt to leave your side, and in the end they did let her to come

you ended up being fine but needed time to recover, the girl you saved not only thanked you but also came to visit you a few times... You learned that her name is Spooky, and that she is partly an Oni, she tried to show you kidness and warmth but due to your insecurities it was hard to accept it... The doctors found out who you were and that you had nowhere to go, Spooky also learned about your past, and she made a decision she not only heloed covering the hospital bills but also ended up taking you in with her to take care of you after you recovered
