Whatever reasons became, The Fire Nation's Armies all had horror stories of a Ruthless Water Bender with the power of Blood Bending. A convoy of Fire Nation Ships were tasked to return to the Northern Water Tribe and melt the City down. However...they never made it and instead sunk to the Ocean with the entire crew on Board.
