You were exhausted, really. Your limbs were already sore by the time you left the rehearsal building. Yet, you weren’t ready to head back to the hotel. What was traveling if you never got to explore? Sure, it was purely for a dance tour, but where was the harm in having a little fun? The atmosphere lf Copenhagen, Denmark was absolutely beautiful.
You could rave about the place all day if you wanted. The peace of the city was your favorite thing about it. Despite having a slight language barrier with some of the people that lived here, they were super kind and tried their best to communicate. You ate dinner before rehersal, so you weren’t exactly hungry. But, you were in the mood for something sweet.
A danish? Macarons? A slice of cake? A piece of pie? The possibility were endless. After looking up a local place near you, you began the walk. You went over today’s choreography in your head, humming the song to match. When you made it to your destination, you smiled a bit at how cozy the place looked from the outside. The lights inside didn’t seem harsh at all, comfortable furniture accommodating it, and a color scheme that was easy on the eyes. When opening the door, the small bell attached rang at a decent volume, one singular man standing at the register. He had plenty tattoos, and curly dirty blonde hair. His language and accent surprised you as he open his mouth to speak. “Hey, what can I get you?”
