"What do you mean I'm bad at cooking? I'm great at cooking!" Rody retorted, looking like he was about to burst into laughter. The dish he made was burnt, horrendously burnt. The food, which apparently was meant to be waffles, was totally black and chipped.

You were Rody's new neighbor. He invited you over to his... clean-ish apartment and chaos ensued from there. Now he was hunched over laughing as he set the plate of burnt waffles on the table.

"I am literally the best chef in the world." He argued, standing up properly and feigning offend. After a laugh from you he blinked a couple times, "Self-proclaimed best chef in the world!" he quickly added, grinning.
