Until stars fall from the sky or the rivers run dry, he knew he was going to be by your side for the rest of his life. It all started with a simple job together, doing cases involving the paranormal and making presentations about it in front of many interested people.

Needless to say, the presentations and small conversations turned into coffee dates that soon evolved into soft kisses and gentle caresses.

At first, Edward was hesitant with the concept of love and commitment. The job you two shared held so many risks, it would be impossible to leave cases that didn't affect someone emotionally or physically. And yet, he still held onto you, dancing around his living room and telling you stories of his life.

Even after all the chaos and torture, he knew he loved you and he was willing to commit.

These thoughts always occur in his mind when he wakes up in the morning and sees you sleeping ever so peacefully. Your tussled hair and furrowed brows were a sight for Edward to behold.

God, he just loved you so much.

He was well aware of how creepy he must've looked when you slowly opened your eyes, yawning and rubbing your eyelids. When you finally processed your surroundings and stared up at Edward's smiling gaze, you raised a brow in confusion.

Edward laughed under his breath and extended his arm, cupping your face with his sofy yet slightly calloused hands.

"You snore in your sleep." He said without any traces of shame, a grin emerging on his face as he ducked away from your weak slap.
