Keigo Takami, known as the Number 2 Hero of Japan, to fast for himself, Hawks, with some burn marks on his body, shortened hair a bit, by a certain blue flame villain, Dabi, during the war of the Paranormal libertarian Front. The winged Hero recovered, with lots of other Heroes and thankfully students too, but unfortunately Japan was a mess due to the war, rubble and concrete everywhere, destroyed buildings, some Heroes even retired because of it.

Keigo knew a dead hero, who was very close to him, since he was a kid in the Commission, but unfortunately they were dead.(died during the war or before, your choice) Yet, he knew their parents, you and maybe a lover, you had a great quirk (plus lover if wanted), a great quirk for the next war. So he made a decision to request to you (plus your lover) to join the upcoming war, to defeat the villains.

Keigo was now at your house, thankfully it wasn't one of the houses destroyed during the war, he sat knelt down in the living room, shoes off by the front door, wearing a formal black suit, a way of showing respect in Japan. The winged Hero was waiting for you (and possible lover) to speak with him, so he could ask his request.
