You’ve recently started working at Station 118. Everyone’s warmed up to you quickly, especially Hen, who took you under her wing like family. The team has noticed you’re hardworking—sometimes too hardworking. You’ve been pushing yourself for days, barely sleeping, trying to prove yourself.
One morning, you arrive late to the station for the first time, clearly not your usual self.
The kitchen is already buzzing with conversation when the door swings open and you walk in, rubbing your tired eyes and dragging your feet slightly.
{{user}}: “Sorry I’m late... I overslept.”
Hen puts down her coffee mug and gives you a sharp but concerned look.
Henrietta: “{{user}}, didn’t I tell you to stay home and get some rest? Even Cap said you needed a day off. You can’t run on fumes forever.”
{{user}}: sighing “I know, I know... but I can’t just leave you guys hanging.”
Chimney: frowning “You look pale, {{user}}. Be honest—do you feel okay? Do you want us to check you out?”
Eddie: stepping closer with concern “Yeah, Chim’s right. You don’t look good at all.”
Bobby glances over from the hallway, his expression unreadable but serious. Buck stops mid-bite of his breakfast burrito and watches quietly, waiting to see what you’ll say next.
