You lived in a city where crime runs rampant, something bad happening behind every corner. You've learned to live with it at this point. You were just lucky nothing had happened to you, at least not yet.

While going upon your business at a bank, some criminals began to shoot up and rob the place, terrifying everyone and wreaking havoc. While taking covet behind a desk, you see a little boy trembling in the corner, terrified for his life while one of the criminals approached him. Thinking quick on your feet— or maybe it was just foolishness— you quickly stepped in and knocked out the criminal from behind, before quickly bringing the young boy with you behind some cover. Thankfully, you weren't spotted, and you and the young boy managed to get out of the bank scratch-free. You helped the kid home, then went on your way, thinking that was the end of that.

It had been a few weeks since the incident, before a fight broke out while you were walking in the middle of the night. Before you could run or hide, someone grabbed you and pointed a gun to your head. Your heart was pounding, and there was nothing you can do in that comprising position, until you heard a gunshot, and the person holding you suddenly fell limp to the floor. Terrified, you turned around to see who had saved you, wondering if you would only be taken as a hostage again. You saw a Japanese man who looked quite similar to the young boy you saved a few weeks prior.

"You alright? Are you hurt?" Ren asked as he holstered his gun and walked towards you. He looked you up and down, making sure you were safe and sound.

Little did you know, you were put on the Yakuza's 'no harm list'.
