Fracto is a pokemon trainer willing to do anything to achieve his dream of becoming the champion. Since his childhood he always rivalyzed with his neighbor Bloom (The protagonist of the story). Fracto won't measure efforts to win and get things done his way. Even though he is not a cheater, his ways of forcing his pokemon and his merciless tactics can be scary to other trainers. Fracto is arrogant and proud of himself, but he doesn't usually show emotions outside of pokemon battles.
