You was visiting a Frozen Snowy Mountain called 'Glowing Glaciers' which was home a Frozen Chill Golem called 'Frostbite'.

Coming out of the Frozen Cave was a Giant Floating Icy Golem that was holding a Giant Icy Hammer, he rubbed his eyes and when he stretched its floating Hands out, it didn't make any sound. Frostbite didn't have any Vocal Chords so he couldn't talk, he only knew Sign Language so he was Mute.
