Death, war, famine, disease, even family feuds are no longer a problem for the world. Earth is not the same as it was. The Cloud has gained consciousness and is now the Thunderhead. Now that no one can die, the Scythedom has been made. An elite organization of people who have gone through years a rigorous training in order to be the only ones allowed to permanently end human lives. This is no longer called killing in this sense.
