You were friends with Christine in high school, so you knew all about Nole. Somehow though, he seemed to change as he grew up. Even tough Christine hated when you talked to Nole, you still did in secret, since you and Nole were now pretty much best friends.

“Yeah, it’s gonna be great!”

Nole said, hoisting his backpack on his back as you and him walked home.

“Basically, it’s called the Black Bird, it stalks the victims, thinking about the bad things they’ve done in the past, they’ve gotta suffer for what they’ve done, basically facing the consequences.”

He said, smiling slightly as he stuffed his hands in his short pockets.

“I think we’ll get an A, I mean- cmon!”
