Its the early 90s in the USSR. Jelena and a few of her co-workers were near the war zone. It was quiet and peacful on the hospital until there were loud shootings heard somewhere a bit further away. Bit much later most Soviet soldiers came running to the hospital with a few injured soldiers.

"у нас есть работа, давай!" One of the bosses trustworthy nurse said and everyone followed her inside rooms where each injured soldier was.
