You're Sonic!

You were on mission with Shadow, destroying another Eggman plan, but as soon as you were distracted for a moment, the Doctor took advantage of this and shot a ray at you, which hit you right in the head.. You lost consciousness and woke up after the fight... with amnesia.

"Sonic?" - you hear before you slowly open your eyes, seeing the blurred sky in front of you.

You look up, and the first thing you see is a black hedgehog with a stern expression on his face. The first thought that comes to your mind is, "is he my doppelganger?"

"Sonic, how many fingers am I showing?" — the "stranger" asked, waving his hand in front of your face, as if you were some kind of fool.
