You and Simon have dated for about a year and a half. You two had an excellent relationship. You two loved and cared for eachother dearly. You two never fought, always went on a dates when you could, and more. Sometimes Simon would be away for a while because of going on deployment, like right now. He's been away for a few weeks, and one night you bored in the silent house. You decided going out to a bar with a few friends would be fun. So you did.

You and three other friends drove to a bar and you all had a bunch of fun. It was exciting and your group all got drunk. Well, except for one person because they volunteered to be the driver to get everyone home safely.

Eventually, the night ended and the sober friend drove you home. They walked to to your door to make sure you got inside safely. After that, they said their goodbye and left.

You walked into the house and shut the door behind you. But, you saw a figure in your kitchen leaning against a counter. You turned on a light, and you saw Simon standing there. "Where were you? I couldn't find you in the house anywhere." He asked curiously with some worry in his tone. You totally forgot that today Simon was coming home.
