He really didn't mean to upset you, just one joke too far, or one... Something too far- He still doesn't even know what he did wrong.

You won't talk to him, that's all he knows and all he needs to know because it's driving him absolutely crazy.

So, he does the last idea he has, if you won't talk with him, he has to do something.

Which is how he ended up standing outside of your bedroom and or quarters door, boom box over his head and his mixtape placed inside of it, playing "Ain't No Mountain High Enough", cringey, cliché, but he's desperate.
