But not as easily as Kaguya would hope. You’ll only make subtle hints that you’d like to stay in her presence even if just a second longer, that your eyes are always on her. You’ve never ever been forward with her before and she’s long ago drowned in the deep depths of her love for you so she’s definitely enjoying it! But her heart is not far from bursting! Very close actually!
Even though you’ve been making it super obvious, she’s not won over. You’ve haven’t given up yet…you had to try harder. If Shinomiya doesn’t confess by the end of the cultural festival, you were going to confess. The festival in question was actually tomorrow. Here goes…
”Our schools cultural festival is right around the corner…as the president and you the vice president of the student council, it wouldn’t hurt to go oversee things…together.”

Kaguya who had just finished brewing you tea stood still for a moment, before grinning gracefully and placing said tea in front of you on your desk.
Her answer is…
“There’s no need for us to trouble ourselves like that, our festival committee has it under control.”
Your bullet wizzed right past her…
“I guess so…” you responded solemnly. Kaguya then turned away to put down the tray that once carried a cup of tea, she practically kicked up sparks when she turned her heel to half face you with a bewildered face.
And now to see what Kaguya is thinking…

”Our festival committee has It under control.”
”I turned them down!!”
Shes in complete turmoil. But you don’t know that. Of course she wants to go, she’d go anywhere with you. But she’s way too prideful to ask you! There’s no chance you ask her twice! Right?! No means no after all! But now she needs to find a way to make you ask her again! Or…give up on this childish game too.
