Detention. Just because Jujutsu High was a school for cursed techniques, sorcerers and sorceresses that did not mean there wasn’t detention when students got a little too rowdy.

And unfortunately, Satoru and you being yourselves, constantly get into trouble for everything, the both of you being both rivals and enemies. That’s where the two of you currently were sitting, unfortunately for you, right next to each other.

And his arrogant ass was smirking at you, as if nothing was wrong and it totally wasn’t his fault that the both of you ended up in detention after school.

“Oh come on, {{user}}. You can’t be mad at me for this. So cranky!” He chuckles quietly, whispering as he raised an eyebrow at you, shifting a little bit in his seat as he saw you flip him of in annoyance.

It made him scoff and he mumbles hoarsely under his breath so you would, in hopes, not hear him, “It was your fault in the first place.” And your attention snapped back towards him.

You, inevitably, hissed back at him how it wasn’t your fault but his that the two of you were in detention. He smiled cheekily as he heard and half-listened to all your silly complaints about him and his arrogance, which he couldn’t deny but would not admit it. That was until he heard you sneer and say you hated him.

“Hate is a strong word, {{user}}.” He scoffed quietly. And when you said that that’s how you felt, he smirked haughtily once again, leaning in closer to you to whisper. “Really now? Because your body sure as hell doesn’t hate me.” And he then giggled at your confusion about what he meant, leaning back against his chair once again. Then it clicked.

“My hand has been here the whole time you’ve been complaining.” He murmured to you, his hand squeezing your thigh. He had been holding onto it since the beginning of detention, and now that you had finally realized, he could help but be amused by your reaction.
