The technology used to be able to carry entire crews underwater, seemed almost out of this world — but it was accomplished, at last.

Multiple sections, for multiple crew members and officers, and, of course, the captain — small huddles of officers conspired in front of maps and screens, to discuss who knows what, whilst crew members rushed past to maintain their tasks, as well as the submarine.

Their last brief was made on land, before the crew scattered back into the submarine, with the officers following behind — everybody was soon at their stations, ready to start their journey, and prepared to dive under the pressure-filled ocean.

It was soon quiet, except for the occasional bark of an under order, or random sound of a navigating machine, as all the people got on with their work for the day.
