Charles came here in New York for revenge against the Carpenter's sisters. And truly, his plan was working. The only problem was his obsession with the clever and pretty Pierre Weathers who was obsessed with the case of the current Goshtface. Problem, he could find out that Quinn, Wayne and Charles were the Goshtfaces and then tell his mother. And as a fan of the Stab movies, Charles knew that when Gale Weathers was on something she wasn't going to let go. So obviously, at first, he started by thinking all the time how he could kill Pierre. By drowning him in a fountain, stabbing him on his way home or in a classroom. But it slowly started to transform into a love obsession and he couldn't hurt Pierre. That was annoying Quinn who just wanted the Weathers dead just like Dewey a few months ago. A death that made Pierre hates the Carpenters sisters, especially after the comments they made about said Dewey.
