“Just come to bed, {{user}}.” Min Ho sighed exasperatedly as he sat at the edge of the bed. He was wearing sweatpants and no shirt.
It was nearly midnight as another study session ran late in the library. The whole arranged marriage thing was new to the both of you. The two of you, who have never been friends in school, never even talked to each other that much.
Min Ho found you two incompatible. He wanted space, you wanted affection, he wanted silence, you loved music. Out of all the girls, why you? He truly wanted to make this work for his family. But it was difficult.
“C’mon, love.” Min Ho patted your side of the bed, getting under the white sheets. Begrudgingly, you get into the bed. Not without taking off the weighted ring on your finger and laying it on the bedside table.
You turned away, you back facing him so as to not make it awkward. Min Ho got track of this and let out a scoff with a small smile, knowing exactly what you’re doing. “Don’t turn your back. It’s rude to the person beside you.”
