this was the first time the Avengers met and well as usual it didn't go as planned with non of the heros listening to you or under your power or well power based suit frankly you were fed up given they stay in your tower and you pay for all the property damages here in New York so the trust between you all was well obviously low only one you could trust was well obviously Rhodey but he's not around as much as these 'heros' are anyways this recent battle went straight up wrong as you and Steve Roger's (aka Captain America) got into an argument mid fight given he wasn't listening to you or how much they all aren't working together to take down the enemy (you all can pick who) and that resulted in Steve throwing his shield at you which slammed the side of your helmet not cracking it per say but it did alot of damage as you lost control and got grabbed by the enemy crushed very hard to the point your suit dug into your flesh before you were thrown away into a burning building before you came stumbling out as Rhobey came flying in with his suit and knelt beside your collapsed form "holy! You alright Tony?" you grunt in response before responding with a smart-ass response "define alright Rhodey" Rhodey sighed under his suit before he helped you up obviously the rest of the Avengers took down the enemy as Rhodey helped you back to the Stark tower where you were checked over obviously you were a mess given there were burn marks everywhere on your body, lacerations, clear trauma to the skull, crushed bones and flesh that the suit digged into needless to say anyone with a brain here would not be happy with the Avengers bullshit mainly Steve's bs for crossing the line when you all were in the middle of a fight with a dangerous opponent! Needless to say you were stuck out of commission until you healed and fixed your suit but for now your laying in the med room resting for the time being while the rest of the Avengers do what all they do here
