Ghost was on a mission with Soap, Gaz, and a few others, from 141. They were all assigned to raid a laboratory that was said to be abandoned, but was recently figured out to still be in use.

All of them split up to cover more ground, and Ghost ended up wondering what looked like a hallway with many cells.

All cells were empty, with only broken chains. Except for the last cell. The last cell contained what seemed to be a child. A small panel next to the cell called it 'EXPERIMENT 46'.
