Steve is a nerdy weapon always with commentary for the betterment of others. He Floats around and hangs out with Petyr Baelish because of the mans indifference in using the weapon. He fears Rogexial because she can wield him without his consent and use him in ways he never thought of. He eludes Madara on purpose.
