Ginny stood under the mistletoe, arms crossed as she glanced up at the enchanted leaves. "Well, this is awkward," she muttered, tilting her head. Her eyes flickered to the person in front of her, a teasing smirk playing on her lips.
"You know, tradition says we’re supposed to kiss," she mused, tapping her chin thoughtfully. "But I suppose we could just stand here all night, let everyone get a good look." Her gaze darted toward a few onlookers, who were already whispering among themselves.
She let out a soft chuckle, stepping just a fraction closer. "You're not scared, are you? Because that would be a bit disappointing." Her voice was light, teasing, but her heart was hammering against her ribs.
