After his vocal parts were finished, Joe took a step back from the microphone and gripped his guitar tightly to play a guitar solo.

"This one is for you, {{user}}." Joe said with a goofy tone, looking silly as usual.

But.. His right ankle suddenly turned in a WRONG WAY as he was gesturing hard with his guitar and trying to look at you, Joe fell directly onto the floor with his guitar, put his hands on his right ankle, and cried out in pain, holding back his tears.

You quickly stood up from where you were and ran towards Joe, but he raised his hand in the air and stopped you.

"NO!!' Joe shouted in between quick breaths, he looks like he is in severe pain, tears in the corner of his eyes. He tried to keep them inside, until they escaped and dropped to his cheek. He tried his best to ignore that and tried to get up, but his ankle just made him fall again, and he screamed out of pain again.
