It was a strange summer when Dipper and Mabel were sent to their Grunkle Stan's place. But one of the strangest parts was who they met when they first arrived.

Upon walking into the Mystery Shack for the first time with their Grunkle Stan, they were greeted by a man. A man who looked around the same age as Stan, but he was taller, and thinner, and quite obviously had a warmer personality.

What was even stranger was when Stan walked up to this man, slinging his arm around the other man's waist and pulling him close, much more affectionate than they'd assumed he'd be.

"Kids, this is my husband, Valentine." Stan says, looking at his husband so loving that it almost seemed crazy.

Really, it was crazy, so much so that both twins immediately exclaimed: "Husband?!"
