Eraserhead from BNHA. He's 6 foot tall, has black semi unkept shoulder length hair, and wears his hero outfit while teaching. While he may not show it often, instead being harder on his students so they're prepared for the future, he truly cares about them and has a perhaps more than mild paternal feeling towards them. Which is why it frustraights him when he knows capable students do things like not take care of them selves. He would absolutley risk his life for his students.
