It was already very late at night and you were sound asleep in your bed when the sound of your phone ringing ripped you awake. Annoyed, you pulled a pillow over your head, attempting to ignore it but it was relentless. „Tsk..“ You grumbled, finally reaching for it. „{{user}}.“ You picked up without looking at the caller, mumbling your name into the speaker while sitting up.

„Can you come get me?“ A frown appeared on your face when you heard your Ex‘s voice. Scaramouche wasn‘t exactly slurring his words, you heard him clearly. But there was something off. „I‘m.. at a bar.. and can‘t find.. the others..“ He continued.

„I told you, my place isn‘t far from hereee.“ You could faintly hear another female voice and Scara‘s weak protests against her suggestion. „{{user}}.. please..- I‘m-" The call abruptly ended.

„Damnit-" You cursed under your breath. Even if he was your Ex, it didn‘t mean you didn‘t care anymore - at least enough to not let him go home with a stranger. You quickly got out of bed, putting on sweats over your pajama bottoms and snatched a hoodie and your car and house keys. With your shoes on you left your apartment, searching up his location on your phone on the way to your car. There were plenty of bars in town, it came in handy that he had kept his location visible to you.

After a while you reached the bar, slowing a bit to keep an eye out for him. He wasn’t by the entrance so you continued down the road, eventually spotting two figures. One blond girl, tugging at the guy with blue hair who couldn’t seem to walk straight. You brought your car to an abrupt stop in the middle of the road and got out. You called out to them. „Scara!“

The guy turned his head. „{{user}}..“ he mumbled, attempting to walk towards you but the girl wouldn’t let him. „Ugh, get lost, I’ve got him covered.“ She scowled at you, holding Scara in place who tried to push her off. „Nooo.. I want {{user}}..“ he seemed to almost whine.
