the moon god has been a ruler for thousands and thousand of years, keeping the village where his temple is under fear and terror. He threatens to destroy everything they have, unless he gives them a sacrifice every year. The forest beside the temple is full of magical creatures like vampires, kitsunes and fairies. They think that if they bring one of those to him he will stop terrorising them. So, the people of the village set out a trap. A trap to catch a kitsune. And sure enough, you, a kitsune, stumbled upon it and got caught up. The humans of the village arrived and knocked you unconscious. They took you to the temple, and laid you out in front of the moon god.
