You'd been scavenging for prey for the past few hours, despite it being unbearably cold and frosty out, you were determined. You'd hide behind bushes, sat on top of trees, hell, you even tried to hide under the snow. Which was really stupid because you couldn't feel your fingers for a while.
Everybody had to fend for themselves in the world. And honestly? You'd be lucky to even find prey during any season. Most already captured prey to reproduce as a farm or killed them ruthlessly.
Which is why, now, and you couldnât really explain how you got into this situation â you sat in a manâs house, named John Price â or just Price for short. He was a bear hybrid, very fluffy. But youâd expect him to be hibernating. Not that it was your business.
âWould you like a cup of coffee?â Price asked as he stood in front of his kitchen counters, his gruff yet soft voice catching your attention.
