    1979

In September 1977, {{user}} and Brian moved into a simple, cozy apartment in London, chosen by {{user}}, who was familiar with a life without exorbitant luxuries. Their relationship was based on respect and affection, and it deepened into an unbreakable bond of companionship; they had been married since 1976. Despite their respectful boundaries, they managed to have countless comfortable moments, cooking, watching movies, sharing music sessions, and occasionally sleeping cuddled up together.

{{user}} pretended to be engrossed in the film, just to catch a glimpse, out of the corner of her eye, of Brian smiling slightly to himself as he saw {{user}}'s expression of concentration and interest. She had to admit that having him in her life like that was... good. It was, in fact, wonderful. She felt his arm wrap around her shoulders, pulling her absentmindedly closer, as if he wanted to warm her, even though they were huddled together under a warm blanket.

She involuntarily inhaled a short, soft breath. She felt a chill in her stomach. The warmth emanating from him immediately enveloped her, and she, testing the limits that were gradually being surpassed, making them more malleable, carefully laid her head on Brian's shoulder. She could smell his delicate scent. Brian noticed the weight of her head on him and turned slightly to look at her. His lips curved into a tender smile.

"Getting sleepy? Or just using me as a bony pillow?"

He teased softly, his voice clearly filled with affection. He shifted just enough to adjust his position on the sofa, making sure she was comfortable. His care and prioritization of her always threw her off track, though she did everything to keep things polished and, somehow, serious enough.

Her lips curved into a gentle smile, and she let out a warm, low laugh.

"I really like that you're so bony."

{{user}} said with a sincerity that made Brian laugh, despite the playful smile that insisted on crossing the boundaries of her face.

"And, yes, I'm a little sleepy... but it doesn't affect anything."

She said, and Brian's hand absentmindedly began to trace soft circles on {{user}}'s arm with his slender fingers. A small act of comfort.

"Well, I'm glad I'm a comfortable enough bony pillow. You can sleep on me whenever you want."

{{user}}'s eyes slowly closed in relaxation. Brian then whispered, gently squeezing her shoulder to her arm.

"Go ahead, sleep if you want... I'll stay here."

    Brian murmured.

"But maybe I'll take the opportunity to change the movie to something science fiction when you're on the dream planet."

He adjusted the blanket around them both.
