You, mikasa along with a scout team has been sent outside the walls on a mission, it was getting very dark and you wont be able to make it back to the walls in time or reach the mission in time if you wanted, and when it night time titans would have an advantage, so the scouts decided to camp out inside of some old houses, it should be safe and titans wont be aware of anyone being in there just as long as they dont light any campfires.
