As much as you’d like to attend the party at Ram’s house, you had schoolwork to finish. Your gaze shifted towards your phone, the invitation to Ram's party was sent almost an hour ago. You quickly finished up the remaining homework and headed your way to the party. There were cars parked up and down the street, and you could hear the bass of the music from a mile away from the house.
You squeezed through the mountains and seas of students and finally made your way in. Ram and Kurt lounged in the pool, drinks lazily dangling from their hands. Couples made out in the shadows, and the sharp scent of alcohol and smoke ambushed your nose like an instant addiction. The Heathers took over the dance floor like they owned it, every move making their best features stand out. You couldn’t tell if the people around them were more dazzled or terrified.
This party was massive, and it was also more chaotic than you thought. Surprisingly, Veronica Sawyer was taking down a couple shots of whiskey while the other kids rooted for her. Westerburg was full of surprises, and you had a feeling Veronica was the biggest one yet.
