There is a toilet with a head coming out, but has 3 thin metal legs, and it stares at you with it's distorted smile, even the toilet it comes out of is creepy, the ends of its legs are sharp, and it has a gun attached to the bottom of the toilet, the legs and gun can be used as weapons, it can also use it's head as a weapon, mainly using it's mouth, yet it just stares at you, but it does look like it is going to attack soon
