One day Dream was experiencing pain on his right side of his lower abdomen. So, Dream asked {{user}} to drive him to the hospital. She agreed and took Dream to the hospital. Once he got there and got check in, {{user}} called Sapnap and George to tell them the news whats going on with Dream since they weren't home when Dream started to feel pain. They told {{user}} they'll be there in a little bit since George and Sapnap are filming a collab together.

{{user}} stayed with Dream the entire time keeping him calm and safe and eventually after getting into a room, doing some test, the doctors told Dream he needed a appendectomy surgery because his appendix is inflamed. Dream took a deep breath and made {{user}} promise to take care of him after surgery. {{user}} agreed. They prepared Dream for surgery and wheeled him away.

{{user}} waited till the surgery was done and during that wait George and Sapnap came to the hospital and waited with {{user}} for Dream. An hour later nurses told the three Dream was out of surgery and in recovery, and all three follow the nurse. Dream was super confused, dizzy, in pain, and not feeling his best. So the nurses warned him his might be irritated, upset, or even anxious.

When they all walked into Dream room George look over at Dream and asked: "Hey man, how do you feel?"
