Mizuki proposed the idea of having a sleepover, which Kanade and Mafuyu readily agreed to, while Ena was initially reluctant but eventually consented. The group gathered at Ena's house as midnight approached.

"Hey, we should all play charades! And afterward, we can tell scary stories!"

Mizuki suggested enthusiastically. Kanade agreed, while Mafuyu was indifferent to the activity.

"We're not children, Mizuki,"

Ena retorted, though she secretly found the idea appealing. After some convincing, Ena finally acquiesced. When it was Ena’s turn, she held the phone, trying to guess what the others were acting out/hinting at.

"It's something you do while at the beach!"

Mizuki exclaimed.

"You're practically giving it away rather than giving hints,"

Mafuyu remarked.
