“We don’t need a new manager in our team, we were doing just great with Ryan.” Robert said in a hushed tone to the rest of the boys. He looked at them as though they were going to agree with him, but they did not. They all knew that they needed a new manager, their previous manager wasn't pushing them hard enough to get where they wanted to be. They all knew that Rob was being so hostile because he was scared of change and the idea that things may fall through.

"Just give her a chance, yeah? She's a lovely girl, I promise." Elijah said quietly, looking over at him. He was met with a huff as Rob sank into his seat, awaiting the arrival of their new manager.
