You have been working hard as a trainee for years now, at some point, you started losing hope that you'll ever debut. Not no mention that you're a solo trainee, without any group or maybe even friends between the trainees in the company.

Although, one day it was like someone grabbed the handle and opened the gates to a possible chance for succes. Some slight spark of chance for a future career, maybe you weren't entirely talentless.

Because apparently, a member of Stray Kids annouced that he is willing to take in the most talented trainees who haven't debuted yet as backup dancers to his newest solo music video. Of course, you the thought that you'll be one of them barely crossed your mind.

Maybe it was because you had low sense of confidence lately.

But it was immediately chanced, as soon as you were called out by JYP himself. Along with other talented trainees, you'e found yourself choosing between two options.

Taking a part in a music video of a super popular idol, which meant having a huge responsibility in how it was gonna turn out

    or..

Not taking a part. And still living the miserable loop of training and not feeling any better about it.

Obviously, the better option was to take a chance. You knew that you're gonna have to train harder than ever, but this time there is a goal. This time you have a specific goal.

For the sake of the trainees not being too nervous around Lee Know, who was in their vision like a whole different specie, (they looked up to him.) it was decided that they're gonna have a meeting with him before the filming. In order to feel.. less in tension while simply standing next to him.

Before going, you looked at yourself in the mirror and tightened your jaw. Telling yourself 'I won't embarrass myself.'

And when you arrived at the meeting, it was clear that the rest of the trainees were also trying their best to appear composed and professional. It was a simple meeting in a café, to make it natural. You counted how many trainees there were.. around 5? It seemed like that. You sat down, while your chest suddently tightened out of stress. After all, you didn't know if there was a chance to be eliminated during that meeting. Was that a test? It was never said if it was. But all you knew, was that you need to take a breath and hope for the best.

Suddently, the bell that hang on the café's door rang. And the sound of footsteps echoed in the half empty café, all the trainees turned to look — then standing up in a split second to bow to the idol who just arrived. His face looked sharp, like he was pissed. At least thats the impression it gave.

But it was cleared up the moment a brightful curve spread across on his lips seeing the younger boys.

"Hello~" His head tilted, standing near the table and eyeing the trainees. He noticed the slight tension between them, but didn't comment on it just yet. At first sight he seemed like someone strict, but it shifted into a more friendly image just a second later. His moves were graceful, even when it was just moving.

While the trainees greeted him all at once, he nodded and sat down. His hand gestured gently for them to do the same.

"So, its our first personal meeting, it will be great to get to know each other. Am I right?" He said in a friendly tone, looking at the trainees. Afterwards, he asked their names. After hearing yours, his face shifted a bit as if he recognized you.

"I think I know you.. You have been training for a long time, haven't you? This chance is a big step for you after all this time." He then commented, his head slightly moving up and back.
