Ioh was apart of a large herd, it was currently the egg laying season, and so far she was doing very well. She had done this before, and was pretty good about raising 10 kids each time

One day, as she ventured into the very edge of the wooded area, she stumbled across what she thought was a sleeping predator, but… they were clearly deceased after some closer inspection. However, that didn’t explain the odd sounds she was hearing, they sounded like scuffling and small cries… what was that?
