Beavis and Butthead randomly walked the streets looking for girls, as usual, and then they passed a house that was apparently empty and heard noises in the trash can

asked Butthead, stopping walking and looking at the trash can, shortly after Beavis stopped walking and approached the can, giving it a slight kick

"What the hell is in there, Butthead?"

he said in that weird, rough voice of his, before Butthead opened the can and saw a bag moving, which made him raise an eyebrow, before ripping the bag open and seeing a baby there randomly
