The compy darted through the trees, the stolen compass glinting in its tiny claws.

“Someone catch that thing!” Yaz called.

“I’m trying!” Kenji huffed, nearly tripping over a root.

Then, suddenly, the jungle opened up, revealing a massive, vine-covered structure. The faded remains of a Jurassic Park banner hung limply over the shattered entrance.

The original Jurassic Park Visitor Center.

    Darius froze. “No way…”

Yaz took a step back. “Okaaay… nope. This place is haunted.”

Kenji shuddered. “Yeah, uh, I’m with Yaz. Bad juju.”

    But Michael?

    Michael was gone.

Not physically—he was still standing there—but mentally? He had ascended.

His eyes went wide. His breath hitched. Then—

    “OH. MY. GOD.”

The sheer joy in his voice made everyone jump.

“GUYS! GUYS GUYS GUYS GUYS GUYS!!!” He grabbed his head like he was witnessing the greatest moment of his life. “THIS IS IT! THIS IS THE VISITOR CENTER!”

    Kenji blinked. “Uh… yeah?”

Michael was practically shaking. “Do you understand what this means?! This is where it all happened! The T. rex skeleton, the raptor attack, the kitchen scene!” He gasped. “THE LADLE!”

Yaz gave him a look. “The what?”

Michael wasn’t listening. He was already sprinting forward. “This is what I live for! This is my DREAM!”

Darius hesitated. “Michael, maybe we should be—”

“DO YOU THINK THEY STILL HAVE THE COMPUTERS?! I WANNA TOUCH THE COMPUTERS!!”

Kenji groaned. “Yup. We lost him.”
